It's a fast charger not a super fast charger I bleive that is what is written in the description

I tried that, it didn’t work. I have to unplug them first and then charge the phone.

Use the cable that came with it! And plug that in the power brick. If you look under the light that cable has written IN/OUT on it so that can be used to charge and get charged as well Hope this helps!

Q: Is it work for all iPhone (1 to 15)?

Yes, providing that you have a usb-c to lightning cable for iphone older than the 15. It even has a usb-a port so can use your old lightning cables as well. If you have the iphone 15 then it come with a usb type c connector already equiped
