SAME DAY REVIEW UPDATE:PM: The other box of the chair arrived shortly after I posted my review. The 2nd chairs power cord was squeezed so it was no longer a circle. I used pliers to squeeze back to shape & the chair works fine. Day 1, I definitely give this chair 6 stars out of 5... Great quality & service!!!!AM: I ordered 2 of the chairs. 1.5 chairs were delivered successfully & early. Unfortunately, I was missing 1 box so only half a chair was received. I reached out to the seller & they advised of the timeline so I'm hoping I receive the rest soon. Fingers crossed I'm working with a seller that values quality customer service. I will update this review.As for the chair I received... It was easy to assemble, the directions are mostly pics but it's very easy to figure out. The chair is stiffer than I was hoping for but comfortable. It's a nice size. I'm 158 @ 5'6" & I have room on either side while sitting. Swivels fully & easily. It fully reclines & is easy to operate. I love the 4 storage pockets & the 2 cup holders. The massage was a bonus & even tho I don't care for vibration massage, the low rumble vibration is relaxing. For the price, this is a good chair. I'm just hoping I get the rest of my order. Stay tuned.

Chair was easy to put together, seems to have a great build quality, and is very comfortable. The heat it produces is mild, but cuts through the chill perfectly. I am 5' 10" and about 205lbs. It fits me very well. The faux leather is easy to clean and seems durable. It reclines easily with the pull of the lever and, for me, is easy to close. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone who is looking.

I am 6’1 and 285lbs, the chair is perfect for me and there is still room width wise so in no way do I feel cramped. Don’t expect a shiatsu message from the chair but it is adequate and to some extent decent for the price, the heat function does leave more to desire as it is weak. Overall though I am very pleased with this purchase, and I did get a 3 year warranty which I highly recommend for peace of mind. With that in mind I think it’s a great buy at this price point. Something important to note is that this is not a super solid chair so it will get damaged if not properly maintained or if you are too rough.

Very comfortable and roomy. Massage is very mild but heat works well.

It's great and really comfortable. Beyond easy to assemble. You can watch TV, play games, read a book, or even sleep in it. It is probably the best all around chair for just about anything. The fact that it rotates 360 degrees is beyond nice as well

The chair is very comfortable and the heat vibration is awesome also love the swivel and rocker is great and it also recline all the way back and was easy to install.

Decent buy. Not the best material but not bad for the price. I like it. At first the swivel part seemed unbalanced but it just took getting used to. The massager is more like a vibrator. Not bulky which i love.
