ICE AGE 5: COLLISION COURSE BD [2016]

It can be a bit too much when a franchise keeps churning the sequels out but this one is well worth a watch. Great take on a catastrophe to befall the planet. The characters as ever are as classic as they were when we first met them, there is some great humour in the film along with some good relationship hurdles that add some depth to it. Credit to the actors & actresses that do the voices they really bring the animated characters to life almost like they are real.Scrat (The Acorn chasing squirrel), is as always the master of impending doom for the others but brilliantly done in this one. They manage to med modern day concepts into the Ice Age World they all live in. We also see the return of Buck the one eyed hero to being as crazy and cool as ever.Its a great ride, well scripted, the pace keeps you engrossed until the end, well worth watching. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that after 4 previous versions the characters have become more like friends we know and thus the surprises are just that slight bit less as you can often work out whats coming next. But don't let that detract from what is a great film in its own right against the others.Although I would suggest watching the others first if you have not seen them as there are a lot of interactions in this one that will not make sense and would detract a little from the enjoyment.Jules

I have always loved the Ice Age series of films and this is one of them. I love all of the characters in the film and the plot was great as well. In great condition with no playback problems.Would recommend the film!

The DVD arrived promptly however the picture used above to advertise mentions a free DVD ‘A Mammoth Christmas’ is included but this was not the version I received. The finer details state it should be a 1 disc version so The seller needs to update the image for this item.DVD film not used yet but it is an excellent film and the disc sent is new and sealed and I’m sure it will meet expectations.

This film was released in 2016 and is a typical great Ice Age film that the whole family will enjoy, if you have seen the other ones, then this is a must. This film is apx 90 mins long.

Great film, enjoyed the whole Ice Age quirky humour

Great family film - especially as we liked the ones before. It's really important to have a fun film to snuggle up together & watch on movie night. No spoilers here - see for yourself.

I did love the ICE AGE films before this one, But this one wasnot as good as those before? Very over rated film.This one seems to lost the special type of humour and fun of the series!

Fun and enjoyable always good to watch. Characters are good and their personalities suit them. The poor squirrel gets the blame as always but wins out in the end.
