Forno Allegro Dough Cutter

Very useful product to have in the kitchen. Not only for cutting dough but most of the time I’ll have it next to the chopping board to smash garlic, strip herbs (the hole on the side) and to scoop chopped veggies from the board to the pan. It’s easy to clean, not razor sharp so you’re not in any danger of accidentally running your finger across the edge and losing it plus the product is really well built.

Brilliant dough cutter, the wooden handle gives it a lovely rustic feel and that blade is brilliantly sharp for slicing through my dough and getting those stubborn dried-on pieces off the counter. Lovely fit in my hand (I’m female if that helps) and easy to wash. Would thoroughly recommend

The Forno Allegro dough cutter has a lovely sharp blade that cuts through dough cleanly, cuts through just about anything to be honest!The handle is smooth, wooden and aesthetically pleasing. I’m not sure if the company has more products but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them if needed, they’ve gained my trust here.

A must have for anyone who makes their own pasta, pizzas and bread it's not too big not too small it's just perfect I love it thank you.

This is a very good product but not totally suited to my bread making needs. When I want to make bread, I leave the dough to proof in a large plastic bowl. I don't knead but twist and fold the dough. While the Forno Allegro Dough Cutter is very well made, it is actually too rigid for my purposes. I have realised that I need a less flimsy cutter than my broken plastic one but less rigid than this one.

This surprised me with its quality. It's chunky and solid, and rather nice to use. Very happy.

Well made and handles well when cutting into dough. How did l manage before? Does an excellent job.
