The hand grippers have a nice weight to them and they don’t feel cheap at all. Highly recommend if you want to increase your grip strength I can just about close 200lbs

Great variety
Great set including 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300lbs. Very nice that the foam finger pads slide over the handles for comfort. Some did not fit snug and work there way off but not to inconvenient as they are not bonded to the metal. Probably a preferred option if they ever wear out.

Great as a beginner, intermediate or even advanced.
50-100 lb feel about the same, I can close 150 and can almost close 200 with seamingly the same effort. Probably going to take a while to even mess with 250/300. Perfect for those that want grippers without spending a fortune.
