My son has migraines after his brain infection and this mask works wonders for him! Says it is instant relief. I find it to be too cold but it seems to work for him. Stay cold for awhile and stretches nicely to fit. Good quality. Soft gel like material.

I have terrible migraines and these are a game changer. I put mine in the freezer and when I need it,it's ready to go. It applies a little pressure and that with the cold helps. I love the fact I Can pull it over my eyes , Or pull it up so it's not. These are great products and normally last a good half an hour to an hour with the cold. I have multiple of these so I can switch them out when I have a Flare up and I need them longer. These are soft, so they don't scratch my face.Or my eyes when I use them. They are easy to put on and take off. If You have migraines.I would definitely have multiple of these on hand. A great product for a great prize.

I love this mask! It works so well for my sinus issues. Very soft and comfortable to wear. Well made. I bought one and loved it so much I had to buy another one. Easy to use and gives a lot of relief for headaches and sinus pain and pressure. One minor complaint, it could stay cold a bit longer but all in all it’s a great purchase. Would recommend. :)

This is so helpful for headaches and even hot flashes. Can be frozen or heated up. Best to refrigerate, not freeze. It gets cold fast! Great quality!

It is also a very comfortable material, and is always cold even when sitting out of the fridge! The weight is just right to help calm down the pain. This compression sleeve for your head is simply Amazing. I can freeze it or pop it in the microwave and it works so so great. Perfect for over my fat head too and is super comfortable.
