Love it
Couldn’t get the Suzuki started and this helped to clarify where the problem was. Well worth the investment.

Just like other reviewers. Does not clear codes
The media could not be loaded. Does not clear codes. When you contact support and send them a video they make up excuses. It goes through the clear then you look at the details again and it is still there. I replaced the tps sensors and it would not clear the codes so the bike still won't start.

Worked As Advertised on a 2019 Honda Africa Twin 1000L
Initially, this did not work on my 2019 Honda Africa Twin. However, after updating the device, it worked as advertised. I was able to read three fault codes and then clear them. I called two places prior to buying this device, and they quoted between $190.00 and $210.00 for a diagnostic test. This was well worth the money.

SELECT ODB2! Not the manufacture
Even though my bike is in the kawasaki model list I couldn't read the code I had. About 20 minutes wasted of doing a manual scan under the kawasaki banner, etc. etc..Last ditch effort I select ODB2 which is in the top left. It reads my ECM and codes with ease and I was able to erase the code!Manufacture... please update this scanner to work properly with individual manufactures of bikes. Many people will return the scanner instead of attempting to use the ODB2 generic feature for code reading/clearing.Other than that it's a fantastic piece of equipment if you have a kawasaki. The only code reader for under a few hundred dollars.

WILL NOT WORK WITH 2025 KAWASAKI ELIMINATOR
This is a high quality diagnostic tool, but it does not come with a plug for the 2025 Kawasaki Eliminator. It comes with a plug for the 4 and 6 prong Kawasaki, but the 6 prong female outlet on the 2025 Eliminator is far smaller and requires the smaller plug which can be ordered separately. This is the cable you need for the 2025 Kawasaki Eliminator: Obd2 Adapter Cable for Guzzi Kawasaki Suzuki Motorcycle 6 Pin OBD Diagnostic Cable, for Yamaha KTM 6 Pin Obd1 to Obd2 Adapter Connector,Fits CAN Bus and K-Line,Work with OBD 1 Code Reader

Works Well
Hooked it up to my 2014 Yamaha FJR1300ES. Communicated with the control modules, read codes, erased history codes and was able to look at live data. In summary, worked well and intuitive to use.

Works with some,not with others.
Works with 2023 Kawasaki Z400,if you select Ninja 400 in the menu.Doesn’t work with 2022 Yamaha XSR 900 at all.

Sorry I waited 2 days for a useless product
It would not read the ECU or other items on a 2020 MT-03 Yamaha. Only read the ABS. Listed everything else as 'not fitted'. The software upgrade as abysmal. You need to download the new files and then manually copy them to the device. Worse yet, not enough space on the new device so you need to delete the current files and then copy new ones in to the correct area.
