Hi, It's hard to answer that question because it really depends on what you have going on. But from personal experience it clears you out for a good bit, especially because after using our shower steamers in your shower, the scents really linger in your bathroom.

The tablets are a good size. 1oz each. If you don't put the tablet in the direct flow of the shower stream then each tablet can last for two showers. Just place it on the corner ledge of the tub or a shelf so only some water drips onto it.
