DysonV12 Detect Slim+ Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

It died after 9 months, and the local Dyson shop recommended I fix it myself on youtube. Didn't work. It was dead battery. I called them to send another battery, and it took well over a month to arrive so in the meantime I bought another, cheap vacuum on Amazon (still working after a year.)When the new Dyson battery came it also was dead.Since this is not the only thing happening in my life, I put it aside, figuring I could deal with it later and have tried a few times to charge it.But it's also defective.I called them today and they said the same--that they didn't stock this vacuum or parts for it--even though it's the first one listed on their website. And the new battery will cost over 250 AED and take 30-45 days to arrive.Seems the idea is just to make you give up and buy another.Non-existant customer serviceI put it in the garbage today.It's too bad because the vacuum was really good for the brief period it actually worked
