I was looking for an autoimmune protocol compliant supplement. I’m so happy I found this. Is have such a variety of red berries which supports the microbiome and gut diversity is fantastic. All other powders have artificial sweeteners, bulking agents or lectins from seeds and grasses (wheat grass and barley) which are disruptive to our gut health (we aren’t cows!!). I hope amazon continues to sell this and one day makes a green powder with only veg and plants like chlorella etc If the company is reading this (percentage of the different fruits would be interesting into know!!)

The synergy companys products are really good but too expensive to buy on a continuous basis

This product is amazing, I feel the difference as soon as I have taken it. I mix it with the greens and the vic c powder. It’s outstanding!! I cannot recommend it to enough people highly enough!!!!

I bought this because I don't always eat enough "colors" -- reds, oranges, blues and purples. (I love blueberries, but don't always remember to eat them.) Berry powders are a good way of getting the phytonutrients found in brightly colored produce, when you don't have time to make a meal. WHAT I LIKE: * It tastes great (when mixed with a little stevia). * It's certified organic. * It contains a variety of health-promoting berries, including blueberries, raspberries, black currents, acai, concord grapes, and acerola (and several more). So you're getting healthy phytonutrients from more than one source. * It's low carb (just 4 grams in a heaping teaspoon). Berries powders are a good way of eating your fruits and berries without overdosing on fruit sugar. * While it's not cheap by an means, the price is reasonable for what you're getting. If you eat or drink a heaping teaspoon of it as directed, the cost comes to about 95 cents per serving -- less than the price of an organic apple. * It's in a dark glass container (not cardboard or plastic, like some berry powders) and arrived nicely packaged in bubble wrap to minimize the possibility of breakage. The bottle arrived intact, not broken, nothing spilled. * Some "berry powders" have fillers like ground up flax seed, to make them seem bulkier; this one does not. HOW TO TAKE IT I've taken it as a "juice;" mixed with (certified raw) milk; and mixed into plain organic yogurt; and added to whey shakes and smoothies. (To "juice" it, put a teaspoon in a glass of water, add a few drops of stevia, stir and drink.) THE DOWN SIDE The only down side is that the price is higher than some people may be able to afford. If you're on a tight budget, pure berry powders with just one ingredient (such as blueberry, acai berry or pomegranate powder) may be a more affordable alternative.

There is no added sweeteners and it mixes great with other liquids. It has a nice tangy taste and I have used it alone in water and also added it to my pureed organic raspberries ( 1 cup raspberry to 3 cup water with 1Tbsp powder) which is a great palette cleanser. I am going to use it next in my organic blueberry puree and see how it changes that taste. This is the only berry powder I have found thus far that does NOT contain anything except berry powder; all the others add caffeine (green tea) and/or some type of sweetener to make them "energy boosting" :-( which they really are not but are pseudo-adrenal additives that hamper one's natural adrenal production. I am glad that this company realizes that people can add their own stuff if that is what they want and is great for those who do not want anything added! Kudos for The Synergy Company!

Good way to kick up flavor in my smoothies

Pros: The product quality was fantastic, and it was a great way to make sure I was getting my phytonutrients while doing keto. Cons: I was only able to use maybe 1/8 of the jar because there was not adequate descant material to absorb the moisture, and the powder turned into a impenetrable brick inside the glass container.

Much to like about this powder. No additives, non-GMO, organic and glass bottle. I add this to my oatmeal every morning and the taste is great! I am dealing with adrenal fatigue and so low energy levels have been a daily problem. I can say without a doubt this product does give me more energy. Nothing that gives a big boost and let-down like caffeine or sugar, just a nice gentle lift. I just notice that I'm able to do more through the day. Another plus that I've noticed is just an overall better feeling. I'm sure other folks that are already in good health may not notice as much, but I can certainly say it has helped me. I would encourage anyone to use this powder even if in good health. I would dare say it will halp keep you in good health. Some people have complained about caking problems, but it now comes with a larger moisture absorbing packet, and when not in use store it upside down on it's lid. I haven't had any caking problems.
