A resealable bag containing a minimum of 100g of quality Hickory wood chips suitable for all hot smokers, stovetop smokers and BBQ smoke boxes. Can also be soaked and put straight onto Barbecue coals. These chips are ground to a consistency that gently smoulder so a little bit goes a long way - we recommend using 1 heaped tablespoon at a time so this bag will give approximately 16 smokes. Supplied in a resealable bag - approximate dimensions: 22cm x 15cm. Hickory has a strong flavour and is probably the most popular smoking wood in the USA - It is a good choice for ribs, pork and oily fish.
