The instructions are simple: put your clean foot in the pouch and wait an hour before taking them off and washing off the left over residue. You will not feel or see anything after the 1 hour. I did not have peeling until 4 days after. The peeling started on the middle of the bottom of my feet and then over another 3 days worked it’s way up to the top of my foot. It does make your feet shed a ton, so it is absolutely necessary to wear socks those 3/4 days your feet are peeling otherwise you will have dead skin going every where.I did make the mistake of doing this foot peel only 8 days prior to having to go to a wedding. The package says peeling will be 1-2 weeks after doing the treatment. As noted above, I peeled a little bit earlier than it stated and for the wedding where I had to wear open heels, I just had lotion with me and constantly put lotion on to help hide the constant peeling and no one noticed for one night. My feet were SO soft and all the calluses were gone after the peeling was done. My feet do not feel thinner than normal which I was slightly afraid since a layer of skin is now gone. So much better than any scrub I’ve gotten at a salon or even using the pumice stone. It’s been a month and a half since I did the peel and my feet are still so smooth. So worth the price for just 3/4 times a year max. Just do lotion in between to help make the results last.

Very interesting for sure. You leave these bags on your feet for a bit then over the next week your feet start to peel. Kinda gross and reminded me of a snake.... It did make my feet feel new and super soft. I have a foot condition were I get chronic blisters and wanted to give this a try. It peeled and made my feet look really nice and even.

I am changing my 1 star review to a five star because for one the seller seen that I wasn’t happy with the product and gave me great customer service and was able to retry the product with the foot scrub and foot soak and the foot peel worked as it was supposed to this time but I’m not sure if it was because I used the foot scrub then the foot soak before using the foot peel booties or if the one I received before was just a bad batch overall I am satisfied with the end result.

Okay, I was a skeptic when I bought this, but things have quickly changed.First - these smell great. And they fit my women's size 12 feet, which is a first. (Typically foot masks like these, my skis don't fit into the booties provided).I left the booties on for an hour and a half, then cleaned and soaked my feet. Nothing happened for 3 days until all of a sudden, my feet started to peel. First in small areas, then it just continued. My feet were molting. Now we're on day 6 where it seems that my toes are the last part to really peel.Yes, my feet are soft, but the process is disgusting. There is dead foot skin everywhere. Although I got the results I was hoping for, next time I'll just go get a pedicure where someone rubs my feet for an hour, sloughs away my dead skin, then paints my toes. Plus, I'm pretty sure that everyone in my house is ready for me to stop picking at my flaking dead foot skin.Edited: A few weeks laterAfter my feet finally stopped peeling, I had a week of decent feet before they started getting dead skin and flaking again? tried this because of callouses on my heels and toes. Followed the instructions to the tee, and about a week later my feet started shedding skin. Definitely wear socks at ALL times, or there will be dead skin flakes EVERYWHERE. It's been almost 3 weeks since I did the treatment, and my feet are still slowly shedding skin. Only problem is, my callouses are still there. Maybe I was so far gone that I need a 2nd treatment. It does say to soak your feet every day to aid in the shedding process (which I haven't done,) so maybe that would've helped get rid of the callouses.
