I liked the look of this online and was a little disappointed when it turned up but it did the job for my dad’s grave. I was also told next day delivery but it wasn’t!

I bought this as a gift for someone who has lost their partner . But the quality is really poor. It arrived with a scratch on it and it looks like it was put on back to front . Overall disappointed. Will not be giving to my friend.

Butterfly is pretty and wording is lovely but so so disappointed it didn't come in gift box or at least a cloth bag as now I cannot use it today as planned. Just arrived in a small jiffy bag. One of the pictures in advert showed a gift box giving the assumption it would arrive gift boxed - would have been value for price then - similar glass gifts I bought in the past came boxed. Had planned to gift to a bereaved family member today but raging I cannot do that as no time to find a gift box or bag. Ad should say it comes in jiffy bag only (as in pic) and that way allow customer opportunity to purchase a gift box elsewhere.Would only buy again if it came in a bag or box and apologise if it did appear in the advert and I couldn't see it.Would recommend as a special gift to give to someone who has been bereaved - ideal gift also if there has been a request for 'no flowers'
