Really good quality for sound and comfort
I opted to wired ones instead of USB purely because of connection issues. These are a little pricy but you pay for what you get. Really comfortable and sound quality is good. Working on the phones daily and taking 40+ calls a day these are worth the investment ans paying a little more.

Really good, worth the money
Bought several of these for staff, great kit, proper noise cancelling on mic and headphones. Worth the £

No signs of noise cancelling. Not comfortable.
The blurb says "The headset's noise-isolating design ensures comfort and reduces background noise ..." but the truth is they cut out hardly any background noise at all. I also found them quite uncomfortable, pressing on my ears after just a few minutes' use. In a crowded field of disappointing headsets this is trailing the pack.

Good
Great quality headset, professional quality so the build and fit are very good. The sound is very clear, especially for voice calls, Jabra are a superb make and this is an excellent example, music sounds decent but it's not really designed for that so it's not perfect, for voice it's bang on

Superior Microphone sound quality-truly love it in my online meetings
Whenever I speak online using my microphone, I noticed it makes a huge difference when the listener either hear ultra-stereo sound that irritates or refined clear and balanced sound that really helped to communicate and ability for others to Listen. This headphone is tested and I confirm that this headphone has clear and balanced microphone that transmit my voice in a balanced natural tone. Of course, it has noise cancellation that is normal now adays but the microphone quality is something very special in this headset. Also, listening experience is very good and have usual speakers with bass and crisp and clear sound features.I also downloaded and installed Jabra software that keeps software/driver updated.I got the USB C that is easier to connect to my laptop as there are too many Bluetooth connections I have and this wired one is simple and doesn't need batteries or require charging. It means this always works.

Nice looking headset, but uncomfortable for all-day use
- Supposed to be 'all day comfort' - they aren't; I have been constantly readjusting their position on my ears due to ache and overheating- Sound level drops when increasing volume when listening to music; there is no auto-adjusting of against any abrupt spikes in sound- The cable is USB-C (which is positive) but lacks flexibility as it constantly tries to sit over my keyboard which impacts my typing- The voice informing me of muting and unmuting is distracting; I cannot turn this off- Being able to hear myself in the speakers is disorientating; another feature I cannot turn offOverall, I didn't like this headset and applied for a return.
