Just what I needed. It’s easy to hang although the Velcro didn’t stick real well to the walls so we used thumb tacks to make sure there were no gaps and now we have a super dark room. I was able to cut easy to fit the window. It’s thin plastic-like material so I have it behind drapes.

Works perfectly. Cut to size & hang. Great for day time sleeping or just extra privacy.

- Yes it smells a little - It's not very thick - It blocks out light perfectly, your room will be pitch dark when covered properly - BUT, it does not lower room temperature significantly, only very slightly All it all it does help a bit, but not a miracle worker.

Measure to fit any window you desire to place at very durable quality and does keep the light out material not easy to tear nor to thick comes with sticky stickers for holding the film in place easy to install and money worth and good with ot weather which makes it heat resistant

These are nice and black and you can't see though. Just wish there was a better way to put up. The adhesion pulled paint off my walls. But they block out light very well. Easy to put up.

These are perfect to make your room dark. I had no trouble cutting them and lining my three windows in the guest bedroom. Easy to work with and directions were easy to understand.

I really needed a solution for an east facing 70 x 45 upstairs master bedroom window that makes life miserable during the summer months with heat and brightness that is constantly waking me up earlier than I want, and it’s also adjacent to my wife’s work-at-home desk which is like working next to a radiator all day for her. I have purchased this type of blackout curtain before to cover the windows of my garage door, so I knew what to expect in terms of heat and light blocking, but the problem that many make mention of is that the heat causes the adhesives on the hook and loop strips to fail and it’s difficult to prevent light leakage on the edges. I was able to use magnets in the garage, and I considered doing that for this window, but I would have needed to attach some metal to the aluminum window frames that the magnets would stick to, and, even then, it would have been a fiddly operation to get up under the window blinds to install and remove the curtains. So, my solution was to build some inexpensive frames that could be quickly and easily inserted and removed into the window as needed. I built my frames from four 1in x 2in x 8ft furring strips and then used spray adhesive and staples to attach the fabric. The frames slide up easily and fit securely behind the window blind headrail and, other than a tiny and insignificant shaft of light on the window sill, are essentially providing 100% blockage. The screens do feel warm to the touch, which was expected, but the small amount of heat radiating into the room is nowhere near the level it used to be. I realize the best solution would be to install a solar screen outside the window, but I’m at a “not going on the roof” age, so this is a pretty good second option. These curtains appear to be made from pretty durable feeling material and they are doing exactly what they say they will.

I think these work very well for what they're designed for however the glue that they use to stick them either you're going to pull off the whole velcro or you're going to pull off paint or they just don't stick it all so what we do is we get some glue sticks and heat them up and put them on the velcro backing and stick them on the wall and that seems to do the job

Excelente material en tela, súper resistente, no se traspasa la luz, la tela muy fina u manipulable Solo los velcro (pegotes) para adherirlos a la tela no tienen el pegamento, porque se despega

Es un excelente producto, si bloquea la luz y es muy fácil de instalar, compraré más para otras habitaciones.

Son realmente útiles, duraderas, verdaderamente black out, son perfectas para ajustarlas a cualquier tamaño o necesidad. Utilicé antes las cortinas de viaje black out de Amazon basics y estas sin duda son mucho mejores y más baratas. Yo las tengo en un ventanal de 2m de alto por 2.40 de longitud, expuestas al sol todo el día y no se han desprendido los círculos de Velcro que vienen para sostener las “cortinas” las volvería a comprar y las recomiendo bastante.

Realmente si es para algo provisional y el metodo de colocación no es tan efectivo. Pero me funciono
