BiodermaAtoderm Cream Ultra, Hydrating Body Moisturizer for Normal to Dry Sensitive Skin

I was a huge fan of the Bioderma Sensibio Rich Cream until they changed the formula and I was no longer able to use it. I read many great reviews about this product so I decided to try it. As a face cream, it is absolutely amazing. I apply it to damp skin and allow it to soak in morning and night. My skin is very sensitive and this has never caused any type of reaction or any breakouts. It works great under makeup and sunscreen. It has truly made my facial skin look very smooth, nourished, healthy and considerably less red. If you use too much your face will look greasy. Only a tiny bit is needed. Oddly, it does nothing for the rest of my body. I found it useless as a body moisturizer.

I’ve used the intensive baum version for years as a facial night cream. My skin is normal but I use tretinoin so I can get flakiness and irritation. And it’s beneficial to use the richest moisturizer you can handle at night (assuming you don’t have issues like acne which could be triggered). This version absorbs quickly but is effective. The intensive Baum is thicker and leaves an occlusive film. Bioderma advertises their products accurately so I can trust the label and who it says it’s for. This is a great daytime moisturizer not too rich that it’s greasy but not too light that it’s ineffective. This is a great starting point if you are unsure what you want. I suspect these moisturizers are so good bc they use mineral oil which is a great softening and protective ingredient. Alot of brands like cetaphil and cerave are too wet, take too long to absorb and dry up on the skin overnight! These bioderma lotions stick around and the 24hr + moisture promises are legit.

This cream was recommended by my doctor for my daughter’s very dry skin, and it has truly been a lifesaver. Since we started using it, her skin is completely healthy, soft, and hydrated. The results have been amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend it 100% to anyone struggling with dry skin — it really works and has become an essential in our home. I absolutely love it!

It’s not sticky. It’s not greasy. It’s very light and absorbed by my skin in seconds. I got no irritation and it makes my skin really really soft also scent is great.
