This seed is absolutely amazing I live in NE Oklahoma. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Picture on the left is from July of 2024, picture on the right is May 2025

Not all of the seed germinated but I’m very satisfied with what did come up.Great value for the exact seed recommendation for this part of the country.

Worst grass seed I have ever used. I am not a novice when it comes to planting grass seed. Planted the seed in April. Watered it lightly 4 times a day. It took 6 week for any growth. The growth was very sparce. I overseeded again in May. It's been a month and still now new growth. I would not recommend this grass seed.

You can easily tell between the Polar Opposite reviews who knows how to plant seeds in who has absolutely no clue First off you don't just throw seat on the top of the ground and walk away Just plain lazy this takes tons of prep work In heavy equipment Perform properly Especially if Seeding large areas Most folks don't have aerators Nor have they even planted so much as a garden or plant at all and then they buy grass and And They know better than Company that's been selling seed for decadesSad.Whole front Yard has turned from Barren dirt under pine trees to Lush lawn in a matter of a few weeks

Buyer beware it is coated seed and they are trying to hide the fact. Even zooming in it’s hard to read and it’s not mentioned in the specifications.
