Did not lower my triglycerides
I researched before buying looking to lower my triglycerides..had a blood panel don't today and it was higher.. they didn't work..I was so disappointed today..back to the Dr Prescription...

Good antioxidant source
Been taking this hibiscus flower capsules for rwo weeks and they’ve been great. These hibiscus capsules are supposed to be a good source of antioxidants and they are also supposed to help with heart health, or at least help lower your blood pressure. Though I can’t attest to any of this, the capsules are or and I have bot experienced any side affects. This is an all natural concentrated flower extract.

Lots of Good Benefits
I've been using Piping Rock supplements for several years and they have always been great quality. This is my first time taking the Hibiscus as a supplement, I usually have it in tea form. There are many great benefits from taking Hibscus. I have a physical tomorrow so I'm hoping some of those benefits show in my bloodwork. I take 1 capsule a day as suggested on the bottle. If it lowers cholesterol like I have read in some articles that would be great!!
