I bought this chair for my wife about 3 weeks ago but I seem to now be the primary user. Unboxing and assembly was fairly painless, although directions could use some improvement. It's heavy, so get some help moving it to its designated spot. The chair looks great so you can park it in any room or setting. From there, it was all relaxation. There is a point in programming when the inflatable shoulder presses down while the upper back rollers massage your shoulder blades and it gets pretty painful during first few times, but my body got used to it and it's actually one of my favorite parts of the sequence now. The leg press, even on lowest setting, is a bit too much for my wife, but again, for me it works wonders and applies just the right pressure. I'm not that tall and medium built so the chair is perfect for me. The seat is fairly snug so I think it would fit great for people under 6' and about 220lbs, but that's just my observation. The bluetooth speakers are great. They cover the user with great surround sound yet you could hardly hear it in the rest of the room so no bother to nearby occupants. My least favorite feature is the remote. It's the most unintuitive button and display layout I've seen yet. It took me few days to finally figure out what's where. The manual did not help either. Other than that, this was one of the best purchases for us in recent months and we enjoy it thoroughly.

I researched many of chairs and read all the reviews. I finally decided on the bosschair. I loved the look of it and all it's mechanisms. I had the best experience ever from the male and female delivery team carrying that heavy box up my drive way at 6am to laying in it when put together. I was half asleep and the girl was so pleasant and happy. She told me how much I am going to love this chair and wished me the best of luck with it. Then it only got better. I was stressing what I was going to face once I opened the box. I called my son to help me carry it from the garage into the house I went to open the box clipped the straps and boom all I had to do it remove the bottom piece off the box there was the view of the bottom of the chair with wheels. Carried it in wheeled right to my spot of choice. Clipped the foot rest on ready to roll. Took 5 min to put together and plug it. The massage this chair gives is just like the chairs in planet fitness gym I belong to, if not better. It's a win win situation all the way around. It's only been a day but this chair has met my expectations. I was a bit concerned about being too tall based on other reviews, but I'm 6'2" and I fit fine. The leg extenstions help and other models don't offer that. Assembly was a breeze. A friend of mine bought one last year that was at least $500 more, and we spent hours putting that together. The Bluetooth feature is simple as well and the quality is decent. As long as it continues to work, it's a good deal. My only ding was the packaging and ties on the box were a bit loose. It may have been my fault since I got it into my house by myself and had to drag it for a few feet. I would recommend having more than once person get it to the location you want.

Great chair for Great price. I purchased this chair as a retirement gift for my hubby. It fits him well as he's 6'2" at 252lbs. He loves massages so this was a great addition to his mancave. The prime shipping was as promised in 2 days & the delivery company communicated Great to ensure I was home to receive it. They didn't set ut up so my hubby's friend helped him inbox it & the only assembly was attaching tge foot box. It came with a nice pillow, and I purchased a 4ft round area rug to ensure no sliding on the tile floor.

This message chair is a lifesaver in our house. Literally everyone uses it from the 80yr old to the 13yr old. The attached remote makes adjusting the pressure and incline of the chair, works wonderfully. Several preprogrammed settings allow for different settings for different needs. The added heat function, means complete relaxation for lower back. Sit back, connect to a device via the built in Bluetooth function, press a button and even a crap day gets better in 15mins.

I purchased this chair for my husband on his birthday July 22 2021. Fast forward 6 months the chair just stopped working. No problem? Its still under manufacturer warranty for the first year and I bought the extended warranty. I called Amazon to get a replacement. The said they had NO WAY of getting in touch with the manufacturer and Allstate who i bought the extended warranty through said they cant touch it because its still under manufacturer warranty. I called Amazon back because they said they would work on getting me a replacement. Instead they called to tell me that the warranty was void. NO REASON WHY, JUST VOID. They said they would give me a refund for $850. I PAID $1300.00 for the chair and warranty! I want FULL REFUND or a replacement chair! This is not fair that Im stuck with a defective chair and they wont even give me a full refund for what I paid! I will put this company on blast every chance I get. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!

The chair is comfy and hit all the right spots .

I specifically got this model because it looked big enough for my husband. He is 6 ft, 250 lbs but has very broad shoulders. The air pockets were inflating and crushing his shoulders inward instead of pulling them back like it was designed. In terms of massage it was pretty good for the price, but I almost feel like a cheaper vibrating model would have been more relaxing. The rollers on the back didn't hit the right spots for me, but i did enjoy the foot massage. Also being able to adjust the foot rest length was a plus. The speaker system worked beautifully and connected to my phone with surprising ease and helped contain the sound within the chair due to their placement. Overall, not a bad chair, the kids loved it, but just not for us.
