Robust and high quality
The product quality appears to be very good and the construction of the key elements is very robust. The loft ladder has not yet been installed but the mechanical and electrical operation appears to be as required.

Goods were delivered damaged and i am still trying to get goods collected and a refund thos item was almost £1000 didn't expect to have all this grief over damaged goods

Sturdy and good so far
They seem good. Handyman says was a bit complicated to install. They look good and sturdy so far, China made, only time will tell how well they will do
