This is one of the best companies I work with they are rated one of the best of the best. I will recommend this brand of radio because not only is the brand of radio good the customer service is great.i give this A++++ in my book . I don't know about anyone else but my experience with them were great.Go joying

Overall performs basic functions well. But there are a few quirks that hold the overall experience backAndroid auto passthrough - doesn't pass through day/night data from the head unit to android auto. The head unit can be set to change themes depending on time of day and that works well. Android auto can be set to display day/night theme based on the phone/inheriting device, but it doesn't work. It will always inherit daytime.Resolution scaling - resolution is set to a magnified scale and cannot be adjusted. This cannot be changed in the main interface nor in android auto passthrough. Which is a pretty big deal with a giant 13" screen that doesn't need heavy zooming.Audio bugs - sometimes when the unit turns off/on all audio is lost and the unit needs to be manually restarted to regain audio.Media button mapping - some media shortcuts don't work, such as play/pause.No split screen app shortcuts. The split screen works well but you need to manually launch and split screen each app each time. No shortcuts for launching two split screen apps.Everything else works pretty well, but these small annoyances have me looking at a replacement in the near future.

Network options not available, USB Tethering is not available on this head unit, the function is greyed out along with Sim 1 and Sim 2, you can still connect to the internet thru your cell phone Hot spot

Pros: I.M.Oscreen size and hdmi clear picture majority of apps workCons: HBOmax won't work, hulu has to be APK. Video chats like Google meet, whatsapp and Facebook messenger won't work either says something went wrong or no webcam detected. In cold weather when 1st getting in your car it turns on fine but it's like if there's a ghost in your car pressing everything opening apps skipping videos ect. and finally they don't put out any new updates if you message them they say it's the app developers problem for whatever app is not working

The media could not be loaded. First let's start with the seller. Great & easy to deal with. I thought they sent me an old unit & I was going to return the item they sent but it turns out my son got home & switched my old unit with this new unit playing a joke on me.The seller was easy to deal with & was willing to make a return. So God bless them for my mix-up. I apologized to them for the confusion.Why 4 stars? Well if you've seen my YouTube video of my old 2021 Joying headunit you'll know there was a trick to get split screen with the rearview camera up at the same time. It was glorious!But then Joying released a firmware update and I unfortunately updated my 2021 unit to the new firmware and lost the ability to have the rear camera in split screen.But now the new 2023 Joying headunit has split screen for rear view camera but unfortunately there is no way to hide the top notification bar and there is no way to remove the box that says front rear settings.I'm still messing around with the headunit and we will have a full review on YouTube but I'm very hopeful there is a hidden rearview camera application hiding in the system so that I can see, full screen the rear view camera.This is very needed for us that drive with a trunk full of equipment and cannot use the rearview mirror because it is blocked from the view out the back window due to all the equipment.I will update this review with more details as I play more with this headunit.One last thing, the headunit does not yet seem optimized for Jeep Wrangler but I think they are working on this.They are also bringing 360 cameras that will work with this unit soon. I look forward to that.
