M556 Series, 30mm SPR Cantilever Scope Mount

For the price I don't think you can find a better one piece 30mm mount. This is strikingly similar to the one vortex sells (if not the same damn mount) at half the cost. At $40 it's a hell of a mount I might have paid $50 but probably not, they need to keep this at $39.99 and just sell the hell out of them. It's strong and well built, I didn't have any issues with the screws... but I wouldn't put more then about 30 inch lbs (2.5 ft lbs) of torque on the rings and maybe 50-60 inch lbs (4-5 ft lbs) at the rail... and with some blue threadlocker it held up perfectly my first day out. Put about 400 rounds down range with my Primary Arms 4x14 ACSS HUD DMR and it's still tight, nothing moved. I believe this mount will stand the test of time. Will update as I shoot more with it.

Shipping was really fast. This fit my Vortex Viper 4x16 scope great and the setup was quick and easy. This mount does not have a really large thumb nut sticking out of the side, which is way easier on the hands when your charging handle happens to be on the same side. All of the screws go in flush with the mounting bracket so there's no problems there. The finish matches perfectly with the rifle. A good price for a mount that works well and looks really good too, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and overall value. The directions, if you follow them, are easy and self explanatory.--what else do you want???

Very happy with this product as I see it sells for $35 now and I bought 2 for $20 each when they were discounted, now to the mount itself, I recently purchased a vortex 1-8x24 strike eagle and it came with a vortex mount similar to this one and actually was so similar that the only difference I could find was the vortex brand printed on it, down to the screws the entire molding/shape of the mount was identical, I have not weighed it but length and height were the same and they feel solid almost like they came from the same factory but I have no way to know that for sure, still at less than half the price of original vortex you really can’t go wrong here, I will update this if at some point my opinion changes but that is doubtfulUpdate 3/27/18Looked for this mount to buy another a couple months later and am disappointed to see it has more than doubled in price, now at $50, I was very pleased as you can tell from my initial review but that was mainly based on price/value and at this price point I would be more likely to purchase a more reputable brand like aero or primary arms, I think division g4 is shooting a little high with this price without a strong customer following

Arrived by UPS today. Visually attractive, clean lines. Bought to mount a Athlon Helos 6-24 x50 FFP MOA on my newest 224 Valkyrie build. Instructions included are clear & concise. Used a precision space block between the scope turret bottom and mount to align the scope with mount. Boresighted the scope to the DPMS LoPro receiver. All accomplished in less than a hour. Torqued the rings to 16”# and the base to 20”# per the instructions. Checked for level and found the top of the scope base absolutely parallel with receiver rail.Good enough that I am recommending it to myself to buy another pair this day.

So this is a given...after receiving the mount, I compared it to my Vortex Optics Sport Cantilever mount and it looked exactly like it! Built and smooth looking. The paint was a matte professional look! It came with torx screws and was easy to mount per instruction manual. It came w/instructions of how many ft. lbs. of torque is needed. Very light and not bulky at all! I'd pay $50 or more for this mount! Huge savings and well made!! Thank you Division G4!!! 10/10

Bought this mount, instead of the vortex one, which costs 2x more. Installed my vortex scope on my Ruger precision rifle. Sighted it in this morning. Mount works great. I like the fact that all the hardware is flush with the body, and no big knobs that stick out. That is why I chose this one. Clean lines. It looks great. Will definitely order more, when needed.

Bought this mount to solve a eye relief issue with a Bushnell 6500 1.5-8 Elite that has a long eye relief for use on large bore hard recoil rifles like 45-70. The bottom lug was too wide to fit in the slots of my EABCO rail, when other mounts have fit the EABCO fine. Disappointed. Thought about geting a steel file to modify the lug since it is aluminum but will return and look for another brand. If the lug had fit the rail slots, I think this would have solved my issue with the long eye relief scope.

just finished install seems very sturdy did not receive instructions with it but no big deal looks lke it will do the job would be five stars but for the torx mounting screws, the sockets are too shallow had a devil of a time with them hard to use wrench and easy to spin out in use whether it holds up to use remains to be seen
