This is a well presented set my only criticism of it would be the broken English on the front of the box, it is clearly a bad translation…“Cultivate children’s artistic atmosphere from child!”This doesn’t really make sense and doesn’t have to be there either it would be fine without that description.The contents are good, I like the mould it is fit for purpose and should you wish too I think it could be reused. You get a set of six paints to decorate of which includes black and white, it does however have a colour mixing list for you to create more colours which is a nice touch.The instructions are detailed and easy enough to follow. Again there are parts that aren’t quite perfect English but you get the jist…“The completed works can be adsorbed on the surfaces of iron objects (e.g. refrigerator).”It’s referring to the magnets being able to stick to a fridge which I’m pretty sure are stainless steel not iron but I understand what it is trying to explain I’m not sure a six year old would.Overall a good quality set that lacks a little in translation but doesn’t spoil the creative enjoyment. I probably wouldn’t gift it for that reason but would purchase again for my daughter.

Easy to make plaster of paris! Comes with all the materials to make 6 moulds and turn them into magnets or badges. The instructions are clear. The plaster takes around 2hrs to set before they are ready to paint. The moulds are just plastic packaging and unlikely to last for another time as they tore taking the moulds out of the tray.A little difficulty getting the plaster mix smooth so adult help is required.Water based paints but not watercolour as stated in the description, the paint is much more thicker and vibrant than a watercolour.Great for those who are creativeSuitable for age 3+ with adult help.

This was a great little craft set for my kids to enjoy during their last week home from school. We just needed to make up 1 of the 2 bags of mixture provided to fill the whole tray of 7 animals. The box recommends leaving for an hour to set, but we decided to give it 2 to be sure it was all set. With a little tap, they all came out of the mould, easily leaving it in good condition to make another set another day. The set comes with tiny paint pots with a few colours I think the idea is to mix the pain to get new colours but they are so small my kids chose to use additional paint they had left over from other sets such as pink for the flamingo. My kids painted their first coat, then let it dry before painting on details like eyes and spots. The set comes with a strip of sticky magnet to cut and attach to the back. While there is enough mixture to make 14 shapes, there is not enough magnetic sprip to go around, which is a shame. I hope the magnet stays stuck. It's doing good so far. Overall, the kids had a great time mixing it up and painting, and they are really happy with what they made. The only thing I would have liked is more magnets.

This mould and paint kit allows you to mould out some animals using the plaster included.There kit allows you to make different animal shapes. They are detailed on one side but are flat on the back.There is paint included that can be used to paint the extra details on when the plaster is dry. It's a fun activity that you can customise the colours to. The kids loved it, it can be alittle messy but that's all part of the fun.

This set of painting kit is not bad. My kids enjoyed it. The price is fair. The quality is not bad, too. but the whole set is for one time use only (or you only use one pack of plaster first). It took me more than one hour for the plaster to be formed, so I will say 1.5 hour or you prepare them before hand, so you kid doesn’t need to wait too long. One pack of plaster can form all animal figures one that plastic sheet. I think only that two brushes can be reused. The size is a bit too small to 6+ to paint. Bigger size would be better.

A great looking art set for making animal casts for painting. All the included parts look fab and the instructions are clear. Unfortunately the box arrived squashed but everything inside was fine. I just think the box needs strengthening a bit for the 5th star!

Most children love making things and this set gives them a chance to experience the wonder of moulds and painting.There are seven moulds in a tray form. It's a very low quality mould but could be used again with care.The animals made are flat on the back as they are small and intended as fridge magnets or badges.There are paints provided, but the containers are very small, and just enough to use, although my grandson used his own paints to paint his.All in a nice set for a rainy day or a quiet project.Recommended

Great rainy day activity for small children. Paint options are limited but perfect if you have paints already.
