I have bunion and hammer toe. These are the only reason I'm still walking around with out having to have surgery. I use mine a little different. I carefully cut the big toe holder and pull it down just above the arch of my foot, and wear wider shoes. It works for me.

I wear tennis shoes four days a week for 12 hour each day. I use these sleeves and they last me more than a year. LOVE IT! I keep one pair extra in case the company stops making these.

The sleeves work perfectly, and they are not bulky or anything. They certainly help with the pain in the ball of my foot.
