I used for decades "Pure Vegan Mag 07" and I recommended it to everyone. It kept me naturally regular: no surprises; always reliable. A few years ago the product disappeared. Another Mag 07 was recommended at Amazon. I tried it. But it was nothing like the Pure Vegan brand (originally it had been recommended by someone at my health food store, and I used to pick it up there). I had to take more and more capsules more times per week for not satisfactory results. So, the search was on. I went through several magnesium products for regularity. I thought it was me (which is scary. But in a way it IS me, I just needed to find the right solution!). One day Temple Cleanse appeared in my Amazon search. I liked that it had a high mag oxide content, potassium, plus Apple Cider Vinegar, which I'd heard was good for digestion. Also, the capsules are vegan, a nod back to my old fave brand Pure Vegan.Long story short, I like Temple Cleanse. It works as advertised. I've only been taking it a few weeks, but so far so good. In fact, rather than just "good" things have been "excellent". So I feel OK about putting this review out into the world.I take 3 caps at night and drink lots of water and/or herbal tea. In the morning I am "good to go".

I have used other magnesium and oxygen based colon cleansing tablets and usually, I had cramps all night and farted like a donkey for two days. not to mention the urgency. The worst thing this would take at least 12 hrs to take the desired effect. Anyways, I picked up these tablets and they are absolutely great. To my surprise, there are no unpleasant side effects, loose stools or farting and they work within 2 hours. Almost unbelievable.

It’s for regularity of bowels and if one a day is not enough take more. It won’t hurt you and never cramps your stomach. Nothing like it!

I've used these before, this was the first time I bought them. I didn't like swallowing them so I would open them up and dump them in my smoothies. I couldn't taste it, and it it did it's job. I only gave it a 3 star because I thought the price was high for how much there were in the bottle.
