Simple. Easy. Effective.
Perfect! Feels fantastic and the bright red is easy to notice. I drilled it on the same day I got it.I heard a tenant hollering and complaining about how the landlords are so petty when she arrived. She also said “are they for real? Wow.” A couple hours later their relative stopped by and was blocking the driveway. The tenant came out and said didn’t she see the sign? It was great. I still expect to come home one day and see the sign missing, but I’ll be purchasing it again and again!

Sturdy sign
Sturdy sign with bright colors so all the writing is visible. It hasn't been put out in the element yet, so I can't attest to how well it will hold up to the weather.

Only one thing could make it better....
Listen, it's a sign and everything is spelled correctly. The only thing that would have made it better is a mounting stand.
