Ryobi 18V P700 flashlight - No complaints!
After a dozen years or so, the 18V incandescent lamp in my Ryobi P700 flashlight burned out. For the added few bucks over a replacement incandescent bulb, I figured I'd give the LED bulb a try. It's a piece of cake to replace. Turned on the flashlight and it lit up perfectly. I had read with interest the review by "Paul" that shows how he tightened up the pattern by adding a 0.065" washer. The pattern I'm getting as-is is very good up close to about 3ft and then there is a slight dark center beyond that. I tried Paul's trick with some washers I had. I didn't have a 0.065 but I did have a couple on either side of this thickness. It did improve the pattern at distance but degraded it for close-up work. In the end I decided that since I usually use it to illuminate parts I'm working on at a couple of feet away, I'll leave it without the washer. Out of curiosity, I put an ammeter in series with the LED bulb to measure the current draw. With a fully charged P103 lithium battery pack on the flashlight I'm seeing 150mA. The original incandescent bulb is stamped 0.6A (600mA). So the LED uses one-quarter of the power of the old incandescent. Thus I would expect the flashlight to operate about 4 times as long before requiring a recharge - cool! BTW, the LudoPam description on the Amazon page tells you to be sure your device is tip-positive (LEDs are polarity sensitive). If you are using it for a Ryobi P700 flashlight like I am, rest assured it is tip-positive and the LED will work.

Not the most durable thing in the world
I bought this product about a month and a half ago, and it has worked greatly. If you're just looking for a cheap replacement bulb for your maglite, then this will work well. But I have found that if you drop your maglite one too many times then the bulb will start having issues

Go for it.
Appearance and feel of these bulbs is better than the originals. They installed into an 18 volt Ryobi light as easily as the original incandescent. The light pattern is much more even than the original build fading away evenly away from the center of the beam with no dark patches at the edge like I had with the original. Obviously, these run longer on a charge as well. I got over half an hour from a battery that was already too discharged to even start my 3/8” Ryobi drill. The light is very bright compared to the original and the color of the light is nice too. I can easily read fine print on a package printed in blue and green inks unlike the original bulb. I can’t in good faith give this five stars for longevity until I have been using it for at least a thousand hours but so fas, so good.

The Difference Between Night and Day
The Craftsman 19.2-volt flashlight I’ve had in my toolbox for many years came into my possession as a promo addition to a portable power tool kit. It was seldom used having never produced a bright enough light to serve any purpose. Recently wondering if I could convert it to LED illumination, and not having very much hope due to the odd 19.2 voltage, I searched Amazon using the term Craftsman and lightbulb to see what might be available. One of the listings was the LudoPam 18-volt light bulb. Reading through all the listings, this particular bulb seemed to be the one most likely to work with my flashlight.Worked, it did! The shone area changed from being dimly illuminated to a brightly lit. With this simple LED lightbulb improvement, I could now see the area on the underside of my car that needed work. What was formally a near useless gadget occupying toolbox space is now a highly useful flashlight due to a simple lightbulb upgrade.

Bad light pattern in Ryobi flashlight, but fixed with a washer
I looked a few years ago for an LED replacement for the halogen bulb that came with my (very useful) Ryobi 18V flashlight. Didn't find anything, then, but was pleased when i finally found this. It's not bad -- but as you can see in the first picture, the light pattern leaves a dark hole in the center. The picture is from 10'. The hole is present from just a couple of feet away to infinity. But it turns out that if you add a thin washer (mine was .065" thick, just a bit over 1/16") between the reflector and the bulb, the beam tightens up, and you get a nice bright spot. It's been so many years since I had a working halogen bulb that I don't remember what the beam was like originally, but this will do.

Buy this LED bulb!
Great LED replacement bulb. Very bright, makes the battery last longer, and withstands dropping unlike a normal bulb. I was hesitant to get it when someone said that the light will become a spot-light, but since I use it outside most of the time, it is just what I needed. There may be issues if you try to use it under a sink to see as you work since the light is so focused. To solve that maybe a piece of wax paper over the light to defuse the light?

Perfect replacement
I used it to replace the original bulbs for a Makita 18v flashlight, no local stores have these bulbs in stock anymore, it works perfect, light is whiter and brighter and the battery last longer also is shock resistant.

Better than original
LEDs are the way to go no more filament breakage. RYOBI should learn from this and get rid of the incandescent bulbs completely!
