Is the whole bracelet silver?

No it’s not it’s some crappy pretend metal and the stones are glass, I sent it back it’s horrible

There is a tiny 925 stamp on a flimsy tag. Not by any stretch of the imagination is this bracelet real silver and the stones are just glass. Avoid it!

depends, if package damaged in post then Royal Mail or the post office. If just an item missing from the order then contact the seller
