Hi, for the sake of science, I tried running water over my pixie. The water did not pearl, it went in. It is not 100% water repellent, but, having said that, I checked the interior and not a drop of water touched the things. 5 Minutes after not a drop-in. So if put on the sink and some water goes on it, no problem, just wipe with towel the inside will be kept dry. Definitely not for underwater (if swimming).
