Faulty Headphone
I'm very disappointed with the headphones. When I tested them, the sound came from both sides when I tried to listen through the left ear, but when I switched to the right ear, the sound only came from the right side. Clearly, this is a defective headphone. I was planning to bring them to an international tournament.

Great Performance, But Incorrect Color Delivered
I ordered the HyperX Cloud III Gaming Headset in Black-Red, but I received the Black version instead. Despite the mix-up, the headset works perfectly. The sound quality is excellent, and it's extremely comfortable for long gaming sessions. Delivery was also right on time. I just wish the correct color had been sent, but overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
