It workers
I have been up and down on my weight since having the twin. And this is the only thing that as helped with slimming my belly area, I would recommend for mother struggling to lose weight. And bear in mind it's not a miracle so you won't see the changes right when you start taking it. But over a period if time. I love it ill keep on buying it and would recommend it to anyone who asked me.

Very convenient
I love how it’s so easy to carry around - especially when I was on business trip. It definitely works the best when you do little bit of exercise - I think it works as a booster. Also, the pills are not difficult to swallow at all.

Not regularly but occasionally
I love to have it with me every time i have to eat something a lot, it helps digest food fast so that i can enjoy more food without feeling full and bloated. Only if u are somebody that doesn’t eat much regularly. Not losing weight but keep your weight stable. I took one star out because of the price. Wish it could be more cheaper. But I appreciate the benefits of it based on my own experience

The thing I like the most is individual convenient packaging, ensuring easy access even when you're outside of home. It is highly recommended to stay hydrated by consuming a sufficient amount of water throughout the day to enhance the overall effectiveness of the product.

Ready for spring???
I tried this product because I knew it was modeled after a famous Korean celebrity, and I liked it because it felt light rather than having a big effect. Especially since it is individually packaged, it is easy to carry and consume.
