It's food-safe and completely odourless and tasteless, so I don't have to worry about it affecting the flavour of my food. I've used it on my wooden chopping boards and butcher blocks, and the results are incredible. It brings the wood back to life, hydrating it and restoring its beautiful, natural colour. It creates a protective barrier that repels water and prevents the wood from drying out and cracking, which is key to extending the life of your boards.

My daughter asked for this as a stocking filler. She needs it for her chopping board and wooden utensils. 🫰

Easy to put on

Excellent food-grade mineral oil. Large 500ml bottle. Unscrew the cap and make a small puncture in the seal so as to control the flow easily. Rub it in and leave (overnight is ideal) repeat and then buff it up with a lint-free cloth.

Works well

This is a great value food safe oil which works brilliantly well on my composite oak chopping boards. It comes in a simple bottle with a screw on lid. I refresh the boards quite frequently as they dry out a lot, they're worktop offcuts, and especially after cleaning with water. I poured some onto my boards, rubbed it over gently, took off the excess, let it soak in overnight and buffed it up the next day. It's soaked right into the wood and sealed the grain, leaving a subtle sheen. It's a clear, colourless oil, odourless, leaves no taste on foodstuffs, wipes up easily, and does what it's supposed to, refreshes my chopping boards. There's plenty in the bottle to last for months and months.
