Super cute! I am 40 years old and I ...
Super cute! I am 40 years old and I bought a classic watch but with a twist. I usually wear lots of black clothes and seems to me to be stylish when dressed classic and rocker when used more informally. It is about 3 mm smaller than you think, that makes that reading is not as good as I thought. In fact, I can't read the date... but I'm happy with my new watch. Super lindo!!

Super ladies seiko
Nice quality ladie's seiko watch, got it as a gift for my mom, but didn't really look into the diameter of the dial, it's much smaller than expected. As I didn't have any other ladies watch to measure or compare it to, I didn't know how small it would be. This makes it hard for somebody over 50 to read time accurately. For a young lady who understands what an automatic watch is, and likes the idea it's a great watch, even offering lumed hands for night time viewing.

Lovely Watch
This watch arrived when expected dispite having been sent from the US. The presentation box is basic and looked pretty cheap. The watch itself is classy and neat. The date and day are clearly readable and very easy to change. The one huge disadvantage I have with this watch is that it only holds the "charge" whilst it is on your wrist. As Im a person who may or may not wear a watch every day, it is very very frustrating to have to change the day, date and time on each occasion I choose to wear the watch. I didnt expect this to be a feature of the watch and certainly I would not have bought it if I had known I had to change everything every time I wore it! Very very annoying. When I raise the issue with the company from whom I got the watch, they asked me to send them money as well as pay to send the watch back to them to check the calibration! When I confronted them on this issue, they waivered the $20. Having said that, this is a lovely watch but if you dont intend on wearing it every day, be prepared to have to change everything when you do wear it. It does mention in the description that it is automatic self-wind but to be honest I didnt pay much attention to this detail. I thought I was getting a "normal" watch.

well made
the face was slightly smaller than expected but it is a good watch keeps good time this is a mechanical watch so will never have the accuracy of a quartz, but then you never need to change the batteries . As it is worn every day has never run down Has a lovely tick does what it says on the tin

Belle présentation marque renommée mais a déconseiller la reserve de marche de 48 heures n'est pas au rendez-vous ,en réalité elle n'en possède pratiquement aucune aussitot quittée du poignet.

I bought this for "grammy" (my mother) for Christmas. She has ONE good Bulova watch she's had since high school (60+ years ago, good watch) and a whole slug of cheap watches that use batteries. I got tired of ordering and replacing batteries all the time so I figured an automatic would be a good choice. She really likes the watch. After taking it out of the packaging, setting time, day and date, she wore it the rest of the day. She took it off at bedtime and put it on the next morning. Still running, still keeping time. It didn't run down overnight. The bracelet band is plenty long so I had to take 3 links out for her. Taking out links is very easy on this band, there's a little arrow that tells which way to push the link retaining hook. This band uses a "U" shaped hook instead of split pins or screws. Take the clasp spring-bar out and set it aside, so the band will lay flat. Place the band on a surface that won't scratch it (I used my desk blotter)and use a nail or VERY small screwdriver to push/pry the link retainer out. You have to take TWO of them out to remove ONE link and start with the links furthest from the clasp. There's a little fiddling/fussing to get the link to let go of it's neighbor but it's not hard, the first one I did let go all by itself, the second and third took a little jiggering around to get them separated. Don't use force, when you get it right they'll just fall apart. The watch looks very nice, has good illumination on the hands, the dial is easy to read. I got this for her for a "daily wear" watch and told her not to worry about beating it up or scratching it and just wear it. Now if I can just convince her to toss all those $10 battery powered watches ... She's very happy with it so far. I've never been disappointed with a Seiko. My tastes run more towards Citizen Eco-Drives and Orient (a wholly owned subsidiary of Seiko) automatics but I've worn Seiko watches for many years. I hate changing and/or running out of batteries so I've switched away from battery powered quartz watches completely. It's been my experience that no matter how careful you are, or the jeweler is if you take it to a jeweler, repeatedly opening the case to change the battery will break the seal "O"-ring eventually and I've had jewelers do that and not tell me that my watch is no longer waterproof. (Yes, I know Eco-Drives run on a battery but it's charged by light and you don't have to open the case to replace it every so many years.) The watch looks very nice, seems to run well and operate correctly, and I can find no fault in it as of this writing. If that changes I'll come back and amend this review.

Schade eigentlich.
