Got as birthday present and they loved the book…

I think if your little one loves Paw Patrol, like my daughter they will love this board book.It's a fun little story featuring all the usual cast of characters. The language is simple so great for kids learning to read.The images are big and colourful and the printing is generally good, however to my critical eyes they are slightly blurry and not as sharp as they should be, however I'm an adult but my daughter has not noticed and does not seem to care.She wanted me to read this as soon as it came and when finished she asked for me to read again. I think the short length helps keep her interest and because it is about the pups she loves looking at the images and having me read the story.The text is always on the left and the large image on the right, it would have been nice to have a little variety in how the text is presented, the text and the imagery does not work together, it's like the images have been put on after to support the story rather than work as one.If your little one loves Paw Patrol they will really love this but if they don't or they don't have the knowledge of the series then I don't think this will change their mind or be a good introduction. The pages are easy to turn for little hands, the font is big enough for young children to read and understand, and it is brightly coloured with great pictures.The book is well made and wont break easily. The pictures are all well printed with no smudging.The story is easy to follow so ideal for children learning to read. It is a great book for storytime.Overall, this book is perfect for Paw Patrol fans of all ages. It is brightly coloured, has an easy to follow story and is great fun. I'd recommend it.

Story is a good length and engaging for young paw patrol fans!

This is a nice little story book for paw patrol, with it being a board book and brightly coloured. It’s ideal book for your young ones.The story itself is pretty good and the book is well made and printed. The spine of the book lets it down as it’s so rigid, you cannot open each page properly without thinking it’s gonna tare.Overall it’s a good story but a little frustrating when attempting to read.

This is a great story for any Paw Patrol fan. The book is a good size with thick board pages that are protected from slight water damage. Fantastic for younger children who are starting to explore books independently.

This is one of those TV tie-in books which feels like they've just taken the story line if the TV episode and turned it into a book with very little thought about the quality of the writing. Kids like them, but as a parent I find them utterly dire to read aloud to the children.However, I suppose I can't complain if it gets the kids reading and appreciating books.This story revolves around Harold Humdinger turning Cap'n Turbot's lighthouse into a rocket and flying to the moon. As it's a mighty pups story it makes even less sense than your standard Paw Patrol story!The illustrations are bright and colourful and I'm yet to meet a four year old who doesn't love Paw Patrol!
