Great for those who have sore feet or love foot massages
I love having my feet rubbed and I have had several ankle and feet surgeries that have left me with a degree of regular pain. I also am training for a long thru-hike and do 6 mile weighted pack walks every day in preparation. Having this massage my feet at the end of each day has helped my stamina and kept my pain levels down considerably. Also, when I am really hurting it has provided a great amount of pain relief. When I'm not in pain, it has felt wonderful and relaxing. I'm always cold, so I love the heated function. I also like how they have 3 different modes with various intensities, depending on your mood and current feet state. I enjoy all of them - the rolling balls, air compression, and vibration. I specifically chose this because it is one of the few machines that also covers the heels and ankles as well. It is a tad heavy for most people; weighs about 15 lbs if I had to guess, but that's not a problem for me. It is worth every penny.

Heaven!!!
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my ankles, knees, hips, lower back and soft tissue of my legs. Pain? You bet. I am slender but due to my history, walking/standing can be difficult and hard floor puts a lot of strain on my feet. My husband is losing patience with me as every night I am whining that my feet hurt and they need rubbed (and no, you can not rub your own feet to get the same release of tension) I have had this massager for two weeks and I can absolutely see why it is so high rated. There is heat, rollers, vibration and compression. OMG! HEAVEN!!!! Each function has its own unique setting so you can mix and match for you. I love high compression and a medium roller, high heat and medium vibration. I have "dainty" feet, so I wasn't sure how this was going to work for the variety of feet sizes. But it does. There is a timer for 15 minutes and 30 minutes. For me, I will do 15 minutes and then wait and then another 15 minutes later. For me, I have a better overall benefit than 30 minutes straight. I am still trying to figure out the right position for the calves. Last night I put my hands in it and had the most amazing hand massage. So this whiney baby thinks this was her best purchase so far this year.

Vibration is nice, the massage hurts.
I have very bad feet and am always looking for anything that will help. This is my 4th of these foot massagers. Here's what I liked about this one: 1. The vibrate mode is nice. This is the only massager I've seen that has it. At first, I did not like it, but once I got used to it, it's actually very good. My favorite mode is Relax (the middle one) which is just vibration and compression. 2. The heating function is warm, and works quickly. 3. The cord is long, and the plug is just two prongs with no adapter (the adapter is further down the cord). Two others that I have have the adapter right there at the plug, meaning I have to unplug two outlets to plug it in. This does not need that, and it is appreciated. Here's what I did not like: 1. The rolling balls (really, the main part of the massage) are not very comfortable. Occasionally I'll use them, but most of the time they hurt. These should have been softer. 2. Nothing in your heel except the vibration. There's no massage in your heels. Now all of the massagers seem to be weak in this area, but this machine doesn't have anything there. And while this is not an issue unique to this massager (all the $100+ massagers I've used don't have it, but the cheaper $30-50 ones do??!!), it would be nice if there were an actual on/off switch. When this is plugged in, it's on - you just have to touch on button. I don't know how many times I have seen my cats turn it on while investigating it. An on/off switch would be useful because then I could still leave it plugged in while not in use. I wish this had better heel massage, as well as a more comfortable front massage. However, this is my favorite massager to use for relaxing. My favorite way to use this is to put it next to the bed and put my feet in it, and then partially sit/lay down in the bed with a few pillows under my back and head, and then I'll read while it vibrates. This is very relaxing.

Full-foot compression & 3 different massage elements
I bought this as a gift for my SO, who's on her feet all day. The first time she used it, she practically melted. She spent half an hour trying all the different modes, and now uses the "health care" preset without vibration every day when she gets home. I'm also on my feet a lot and have been using it as well. Like most foot massagers, this one has two sets of knobby rotating cylinders. One is down by your toes, and the other is in the middle of your feet. The massage feature uses a bar that extends between each of your heels and moves up and down sort of like a seesaw. It's my favorite feature since I tend to stand with a lot of weight on my heels. But the thing that really makes this massager stand out is the way it compresses the whole foot, something other foot massagers I've used don't do. There are pneumatic sacks that fill with air and compress the sides, top, and heel of your feet, hold the pressure, release, and repeat. The amount of pressure is adjustable to three levels. I always set it to high. It really feels like it gets the blood moving in my feet, and also presses my feet into the massage wheels harder. So far the massager has been getting about an hour of use each day for more than a week, and it seems to be holding up fine. It seems like it's built like a tank, and the fit & finish is impressive. It seems like a lot of thought was out into the design- I especially like the fact that the cloth "socks" that line the inside of the massager are removable and washable. Anyway... Pure Bliss. Highly recommended.

Expensive Paperweight - Avoid!
Barely worked 10-12 times then stopped. It wasn't opened for the first few months, but once we did it worked a few times. After a few months, it would no longer work in manual mode. I finally showed my mom how to hook it to the phone app and it worked twice after that and wouldn't connect again. I contacted the company for support and asked how to factory reset the device and they said they were very sorry that I wasted $150 but it sounds like the unit is defective, but over the 12 month warranty so it was now garbage. Once a month for o Do not buy from this company.

It's really nice but definitely powerful!
I hesitate somewhat with my opinion on this particular device bc I'm not quite sure if I've just got overly sensitive feet at the moment or if others would feel the same as I about their experience using this massager too. Now I'm definitely giving 5 stars bc this device deserves it, but I do want to leave a little disclaimer that this machine is powerful. Also, it does not have the ability to run only one feature at a time besides the heat which you can turn on or off whenever you would like. For example, if you wanted to use only the vibration without the rollers feature and/or without the compression feature it does not allow you to simply turn off whichever ones you want and run just one. I'm quite disappointed about this fact especially since it is limited to just 3 massage modes which include every feature in each one. So the only thing you can change or control is choosing mode 1, 2 or 3 which simply switches the pattern by which the rollers move, air compression compresses and vibrations pattern but you can turn the heat on or off at any point within these three modes and lastly you can choose high, medium or low level intensity of each mode as well. Each mode runs the 3 features Vibration, compression and rollers. So just be aware that this device is made really well, looks sleek and modern, and delivers an intensely satisfying foot massage not lacking in power. Even though I was disappointed to realize it's limitations I described above, I'm very satisfied and do not regret my purchase. I've had it for close to about 2 months now so I can't say anything regarding it's life expectancy but by the looks of it so far, it's going to last many years.

Stopped working after 3 months
It's a great foot massager, the roller is deep and theres room to move your foot so it hits perfectly. The pressure from the side is what I enjoy the most and the highest setting is perfect. It's does soothe pain but does not make it disappear. Changing my pair of shoes for every day walking around relived my pain. Using it for calfs and arms does alright, its really just the pressure you feel unless you bend into the device to feel the rollers. The arm to place it at an angle doesn't work. My massager currently will not turn on after 3 months of use, which is why I am giving it 3 star. Hopefully no one else runs into the same issue.

So grateful for this unit...
Despite healthy eating and normal weight, I have an autoimmune body and got diabetes from some of the meds. For me, when things flare, it feels like rigor mortis in the living. Everything is tight and painful. My unit was supposed to come yesterday but was delayed. I was in so much pain, I was so disappointed. When it finally came today, I used it on the heaviest settings on my feet and then did my calves. I feel like the tin man on the Wizard of Oz that just got oil. I can move! Mind you, I am not in it for comfort but for mobility. And, for me this worked wonders in breaking up the tightness. I could walk on my feet for the first time in days without pain. I told my husband I need one that I can use for my whole body. Here are some things you might want to know. I specifically bought this over other models for the heat. I didn't feel any heat. Of course, I wore socks as suggested. After, I felt the unit and I could tell heat was on but, with normal socks, I did not feel it. However, again, I wanted mobility and I am very satisfied with what it did. Maybe without socks you would feel heat. Second, other units sell without remotes. After using it, buy one with a remote. It is a game changer. I am really pleased with this unit. I am praying mine does not break down after a few uses because I get so much relief from it. Those who go through autoimmune know how wearing the pain can be. I hope this review helps someone else. This is definitely way better than $30 units. I mention that because I wondered myself. Good luck in finding the relief you need!
