I have the 12,000 and 24,000 Mah models, and have taken them through TSA multiple times without incident.

Does it support stand charge with pins (wireless)?

The 12,000 mah version does. There is also a 20k and 27.5k mah model that supports wireless charging. The Anker 737, 24k mah model does not support wireless charging

Is it also limited with only 300 charge cycles as older models?

These haven’t been out long enough to need to charge them this many times.
