No Instructions - 5 star to 3
Product - 5 star. Lack of video and instructions reduce it to 3 star. These items are expensive enough but the marketing of them is atrocious. They are a visual item, yet on the product description there are no videos on what to expect, lengthy descriptions but no video. They arrive in a box, flat with no instructions worth talking about. To get it up and running it is hit & miss and time consuming to get it the way you want it i.e. do you twist it 30, 45, or 90 degrees. You can go on YouTube and get a rough idea at what to do. Why each product cannot have a video to see what you are buying and how to get the best out of it is beyond me.I bought the 12" one but probably should have gone for a bigger one. It is a lovely product and when the sun catches it and it is not rotating quickly it is a lovely sight. It is very good quality and once I figure it out I know I will be a lot happier.
