Unit works great; love it! Good materials and finish, not cheap or flimsy. Hose has sufficient length; very easy to install even for a senior with poor hand strength. Water pressure in the hose/handle depends on how high you turn your faucet on. The hose and diverter are not complicated and the unit comes with several different sizes of diverter connector. The hardest part was removing my old aerator which had been installed a decade ago. I had a hard time because I don't have hand strength and the wrench to remove the aerator kept slipping. I ended up using some cooking oil in the crack and that did the trick. Remember to use the plumbing tape on the treads which is supplied in the kit so you don't get leaks. Unit comes with a hanger you simply hang from your toilet under the lid. I haven't had any leaks at the hose handle or the diverter connection to the faucet and I've been using it for about a month. I recommend after use you squirt any remaining water out of the hose/handle and turn the diverter back to faucet use. This will preserve the hose so water pressure doesn't wear it out sooner. The hose can be used for lots of things like cleaning your toilet & sink as well as cleaning your privates and rinsing baby diapers. Wish I'd gotten one sooner had I known it was so easy to install without a plumber! And the cold water is not even an issue but then I live in the sunshine state :-)

This is a very well-made High-quality item. Installation was easy. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. Only issue was the sprayer holster hanger did not allow the toilet tank lid to close completely, so we ended up mounting the holster to the wall using the two wood screws provided. It is a very nice option. This item is easy to use. The sprayer handle lever lets you push softer for less water pressure and push harder for more water pressure, so easy one hand operation. Overall, the product performs well, we like it very much and would recommend it!

Average guy here with no health issues. For my daily life, I absolutely love this. Was always tempted to purchase a $400 bidet attachment but was turned off by the high cost of plumbing and electrical work involved. This connects in a few minutes to your sink. I'm glad I got this instead because I can't imagine the pressure from a little bidet wand could match the pressure from this. You adjust the pressure yourself from the sink and the nozzle when using. And you can make it STRONG to clean yourself faster and more thoroughly. This works well for me because I can reach the sink attachment from the toilet which lets me switch it to bidet mode or adjust the temperature of the water while sitting on the toilet. I typically spray it full hot into the bathtub (also close) and test the temperature before using it on me. I was spending a fortune on toilet paper and wet wipes. I still use toilet paper, but just two squares to blot myself dry. No more emptying a gross wastebasket. And the clean feeling can't be matched. It's even better than a shower because its more high pressure and directed. I never want to be without this again. Oh, and I also use it to wash the dogs. I find it easier to control the spray and the temperature than the shower head. I have a smaller bathroom so it easily reaches from the sink to the bathtub. After testing and fussing around with handheld bidets, I'm glad I chose this and saved a small fortune on a standard bidet.

I live in Thailand and the USA and I started using a bidet sprayer over in Thailand. I looked for a sprayer at the local home stores to no avail. When I found this on Amazon I was excited. It was a little more difficult to install on my toilet because of the toilets design. The sprayer works great and is visually pleasing. Only complaint it the valve should have been made to fit at the wall instead of the toilet tank.

THIS THING HAS CHANGED MY LIFE! I am a disabled middle aged female that struggles to get upstairs for showers as much as I'd like to and has suffered from a lot of UTIs and such and this thing makes me feel SO clean and also helps me feel better about myself (less conscientious of if I smell). Great for just rinsing or to use along with soap. And I love that it takes away from wasting money and trees by going through toilet paper.I also LOVE LOVE LOVE that it makes it SOOOO much easier to deal with diaper blowouts as well as accidents during the potty training phase! Also helps to cut back on purchasing diaper wipes that can get pretty pricey!Also great to have when you don't want to hoist the toddler up to the faucet you can use hose to spray directly on their hands.I also have a small inflatable baby bath that I plan to place on top of closed toilet and have toddler sit in (stand only with me holding her of course) as I give em a quick spray down the next time we have a covered in chalk/food/paint/dirt/you-name-it day and just am too lazy to give a full on bath too!Genuinely this is probably one of my favorite purchases ever! Also awesome that you can adjust temperature!Only negative is it doesn't create a complete seal on my faucet so there are a few tiny tiny water leaks/sprays when you have the spray function turned on. But it is minimal and most just drips into the sink anyway. Also could be due to our faucet/how we installed it. But we had a handy neighbor weigh in and he couldn't get it to stop either.Another negative is that you have to run the water in the sink to get to desired temp before switching to hose function (which is easy to do btw). So if you can't reach sink handles from seated on your toilet and have a "rush situation " where you don't have time to get the water temp right it might be a tad inconvenient for you. But honestly I'm not too sure if there is really anyway to avoid this inconvenience.Oh and also it is EXCELLENTLY priced compared to other temp control ones I've searched.And the hose attachment rather than the traditional "spray from inside the toilet bowl" feature makes it far more versatile to help in other areas (like with kiddos) and allows for more control over aiming.Pressure is also able to be adjusted depending on how hard you press the lever. I would compare its functionality pretty similarly to a sprayer hose in the kitchen sink.And while it may be embarrassing to certain people to leave in bathroom, you can still use sink regularly while it is attached and it isn't horribly an eye sore. And if you have a guest over that you are embarrased about having them see it you always can detach while they are there and then and reattach somewhat easily after.But I highly recommend we push to ending shame over wanting to feel clean in our downtown areas! You never know, you might just convert anyone who has a chance to use it while visiting!Plus...if your pet/little one poops or pees on the ground are you going to just use a paper towel to wipe it up and be done with it or use some water and probably soap or disinfectant??Bacteria not cleaned by toilet paper isn't good for anyone young, old, disabled, or full of energy!Also, sorry if tmi but too bad! I cannot WAIT to have this bidet at hand when my next "time of the month" comes up!GET ....YOURSELF...A....BIDET. It will change your LIFE! Lol
