No stopping during motion or massage to run back to the table. Belt strap is thin but not uncomfortable as I was wondering. Seemed to fit well and should last for years and years. Most come with a thin belt but you can always replace with any other type of belt you like as there is a belt loop for interchanging the the belt our if need be. overal, pouch is quality built.
