Q: Will this work like the stripped thread repair kit?

I used it that way and it worked well.

Q: Rc car has plastic chassis with metal screw. Plastic is stripped a bit will this fix it and hold good?

In my opinion I have not had good results with this product at all.

Q: I have a new bed frame where the hole is too big for the screw. Will this work?

I don't think that is the intended purpose of this product. If you can't use a larger screw I would try and find an insert to put in the hole before installing the screw.
