Bay leaf is not true cinamon. Bay leaf is Laurus nobilis. Chinese/Indian variety is Cinamomum casiim Or Cassia, which is unhealthy. Only true cinamon Or Cinamomum verum Or Ceylon Cinamon is true cinamon. The sellers need to clarify which variety it really is?
