We had to replace our old tankless, and this one is perfect! It's definitely worth every penny!

I've installed the tankless water heater about 10 days ago and so far it works great. I'll update if there is a chance but so far, absolutely love it!

Absolutely having hot water on demand.. easy setup and assembly.. the only thing we needed to get extra was 3 pieces of conversion pieces.. from our old fittings into the new unit.. other than that easy peasy!

Had this just over a year and no longer igniting We have done all trouble shooting on it Also does not like to kick on when water is cold in winter takes a few trys has been like that from installing

My previous model said it was for indoors but set off CO2 detectors, this one doesnt. Previous would immediately switch to cold on you for no reason. This product has had no problems and is super instant and hot. Zero complaints at all but definitely no complaints for the price especially.

Works alright, but description and photos showed a different model with more features. Once the hot water arrives at the faucet if you turn the faucet off for more than 5 seconds the pilot goes out and you have to wait for hot water again after a rush of cold water every time and there’s no way to adjust it

Been in for 1 week so far all is good. very easy
