As a last-minute ditch on a holiday present, I ordered this mug. I simply couldn’t resist the adorable wintry look on this Hello Kitty and thought it’ll make for a swell gift. Whether the recipient loves it or not, oh well - they’re stuck with it. 😉 Anyway, I was concerned with how it fared in transit but luckily - no harm done and it arrived all safe and sound. The mug was as pictured - if not even more adorable in person. For the price point, I deemed it to be fair. All in all, no complaints on this front.

It's a cute mug but un-usable. I was excited to use it when it arrived but the mug leaks. I got a refund for the mug. The following day, it was still on my mind so I decided to give it another go, so I ordered it again. It arrived today but it has the same issue. It leaks.This is so disappointing since it's my favorite sanrio character. Good luck to anyone who tries to order this mug. Hope yours doesn't have this issue.
