ive used many different nadh products over 20 years, this is by far the worst, with NO dissernable effect wotso ever, still have an unopened container , not worth opening.

Helps with ME/CFS fatigue
I take this on an empty stomach when I wake up (taking it on an empty stomach is important) and before having to walk or exercise. NADH is one of the few things that helps my fatigue. This product helps without making me feel shakey like some of the very high strength products do - 5mg 1-3x per day (no matter tha brand) has always felt like the right dose for me but YMMV.
