Long story short, my original Minix power supply was in a location where it wasn't like impossible to recover but it would be far more of a PITA than I was willing to undertake. To that end, I decided to pony up for a replacement power supply for my Minix rather than deal with a predicament that I really, REALLY didn't want to deal with. Enter these guys. I got the item quickly, it's a good quality, it works perfectly well, and it saved me a lot of hassle. In my book, that's a mark in the "W" column. 'nuff said.
