Exact OEM replacement at half the price. Despite the description, it DOES include a nasal mask and the headgear. The nasal mask is a size medium (blue gasket).

I was able to talk a coworker into using this mask setup just as I’d been for a couple of months. He agrees how much of an improvement it is over an over the nose mask. Seems awkward I know but we each agree how wonderful it works. We both got accustomed quickly.

Super comfy on the nose. The diffuser seems louder than other models like this style. the strap could use some support if you roll around much. I moved on to the n30i after experiencing this cushion model.

Happy with the purchase.It came in original sealed package from RESMED.It worked great for my RESMED AirSense CPAP 11 model.I reused the head strap and was back in business again.

Perfect. Item and packing appear genuine. It would be nice if they offered it with a head strap (the one I ordered came without, as stated in the description).

I bought this in desperation when I was on the road for work, and failed to bring my mask, making my CPAP useless. I paid a lot for it, and had a bad nights sleep waiting for it to come, but I really like it a lot. I think I like it more than my "normal mask" and I actually stowed the original mask in my travel bag to pack when out of town, and use this one nightly at home
