Even though I’ve learned a lot about this over the years, this book contained some information that I was not aware of, and which I found very interesting and helpful. The book is well formatted and organized, and the author’s writing is clear and easy to follow, even if you have no previous experience with chakras. Highly recommend to anyone interested in the fascinating subject of the third eye chakra!

I'm a firm believer in chakra balancing but never took the time to learn on how to balance them myself. This book was informative and easy to follow. Definite recommend for those interested in this topic.

This book provides starts with a description of the seven chakras, though it focuses almost entirely on the sixth character (often referred to as the third eye). The author explains the consequences of having this Chakra misaligned. It explains how to align it using meditation, yoga, breathing, dream journaling, and other mindful practices. For the uninitiated, the book can benefit from illustration of how the chakras and poses look. Also, how can the other Chakra be aligned?

I was kind of skeptical of his claims that everyone had psychic abilities. So his book was free on Kindle and so l read it and followed his teachings. Well l went to bed last night after meditating and at 1:30 AM l felt someone shaking my hands. I was startled at first because l was alone. I look and there was a spirit standing next to my bed. He was kind of opaque but l was seeing him in color and seeing all his features. After 3 or 4 seconds he slowly fades away. If you want to know if you have psychic abilities, l highly recommend this book. By the way this was not a dream l had to get up and walk around.
