I really like the ingredients and whatnot…. But when I opened the jar and got a whiff of the pills inside… they legit smell like a certain masculine secretion. I don’t hate it but it also seems kind of weird. I dunno. Maybe I’m overthinking it. A bottle contains 60 capsules which is a months supply at 2 per day as recommended on the bottle. I’m going to continue to take these as directed and see what happens. I’m very hopeful!

I am taking these biotin supplements to try and keep my hair from thinning. I was using a supplement awhile back, and then ran out. I do believe it was working and I do believe biotin does help me with my thin hair. I think this supplement is going to work fine, due to the milligrams and the dosage. It seems very much like other brands I’ve tried and is easy to take in capsule form. Two per serving is required and the directions say you should take them every day. I don’t feel nauseous or have any other noticeable side effects from taking these, and find them easy to swallow. The bottle is a twist open cap, and not hard to open.

I’ve taken an entire bottle, and haven’t noticed any changes at all. I haven’t had any negative effects either. Pills are easy to swallow.

But haven’t noticed a problem either… think you’d have to take this at least a couple months to really see any appreciable differences! Same for any vitamin/supplement!Fyi- if you’re on thyroid meds you need to stop anything with biotin for at least 3 days before your labs- will charge your results!

I've been losing hair recently due to work stress and other issues. I wanted to try these capsules as directed. They are easy to swallow, but the smell of the pills is strong. I have not seen any aftereffects so far. Hoping to see some improvements soon.

Unfortunately, I can't speak to the efficacy of the product, because I'd need to take it for several months (I'm guessing) as hair grows fairly slowly. However, the ingredients are sound and the company appears to be legitimate. So, overall, I'd say this is a good choice to help support healthy hair growth.
