I was surprised by the subtly sweet taste and the lightness of this tea. It's a perfect tea for any time of the day and will pair with all foods really well! My favorite part is that the loose tea comes in individual organic bags that you can place right into the water and no other filters are needed.The TMI part: I actually found myself coughing up some mucous after drinking the tea a few times so I really believe it has a great impact on clarifying your respiratory system!

So during flu & crazy cough this did seem to help. BUT, the small organza like baggies are delicate. They fall apart pretty easily so you have to really be careful & take out of cup after a few min.

I would give it 10 stars. I never believed in herbal tea before. Well I was experiencing constant cough, with lots of phlegm, and wheezing in bed at night. I bought this tea, I have 3 days now using it (with lemon honey) and I am now completely clear. So today I bought 2 more bags to have over this winter. Great stuff.
