I still be!I've we have a door issue but in fairness, that's not the seller's fault.Unfortunately we could not get this lock set installed on our door (a door, not lock issue). I am rating this 3 stars as the item is no longer sold on Amazon so I can't contact the seller for any assistance. I liked all the features and versatility but as I said, I cannot install it or contact the seller.

Installation was easy. The fingerprint reader works great! It has a lock for a key entry in case the keypad might not work which is a nice feature. I took one star off only due to there is no handle included. So, when you open up the door from the outside and you must pull it outward - there is no handle to pull it out. The same goes for the inside door if you aren't able to push it outward. I wished it had come with a small handle or even a pull bracket - like a kitchen cupboard - would have been nice. If you have a separate handle on your door then install this it should work fine.

I have had a keyless front door lock for several years. My only problem with it has been due to my poor workmanship in getting the hole in the door frame properly aligned (I manage with it).So I jumped at the chance to get a second lock for the back door. There were no problems with installation (there really should not be a problem if you are replacing an existing lock).You do get an actual key - and you do need to keep it just in case the battery dies on you.I have not yet explored all the various ways to set passwords for this lock.

If you're like me and have turned around half way to work because you couldn't remember if you locked the door or not, this dead bolt might be for you. It locks it's self. It was easy to install, they even marked some of the pieces with an arrow and "up" which turned out to be super convenient when you are installing it.I really like that this doesn't work off an app. It doesn't connect to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, no unnecessary hassles. Having said that, you will have to keep the instructions some place safe, because the programming codes are long enough that you'll want to keep it for reference. There is a quick reference sheet under the battery cover also, in case you misplace the instructions. I have had a couple of hassles with it. One being when you program your finger print, it asks to you press the scanner 5 times. If you've used a fingerprint scanner on your phone or somewhere else, you know that isn't enough to get a good scan that will accommodate every slight angle you may put that finger on there. So there have been a couple times where there's been some difficulty unlocking it with a finger print. The plus side is you can program it for 300 hundred users, so if you wanted to you could scan every finger, multiple times, or whatever you think is appropriate.My last gripe, is I don't think it is re-keyable, at least I haven't seen anything saying that it is. I have multiple doors, and I don't want multiple keys I would like the ability to choose the key it uses.I can't actually say how good of a lock it is, I guess I won't really know that unless someone tries to break in, but at least I'll have the piece of mind knowing it wasn't because I forgot to lock it.

I have taken this out of the box and read the instructions and it seems like this is a very secure way to keep your front door locked. You can use your finger pad or in extenuating circumstances you have the ability to use a key. I can’t wait to get it installed on my front door that is on back order. I will update this review with pictures once it’s installed.

The installation was quick, and it looks nice and sturdy on the door. After figuring out the programming it works really well, but holy cow....the programming. At first glance it looks pretty overwhelming, but once you decode it, it goes a little like putting in a cheat code on an old Nintendo game.There are three lock/unlock options as well: key, keypad, and fingerprint. You can program up to 300 user codes but it doesn't say how many fingerprints, and I like the option of the auto-lock; which you can time to go off from 5-69 seconds after unlocking or keep it off and lock the door with a push of a button. So far, the fingerprint option has worked just as well as the keypad (which is backlit and super helpful in the dark!). It takes 4 AA batteries, and it says it should last a year or 50,000 times lock/unlock. We'll see.

I like the look of the lock for sure! The hardware is solid , nothing cheap about this device. I could go on and on about the looks honestly. I think it’s great value for what you get!I need to mention that it’s both easy and kind of hard to install. Reason being is that the directions are kind of lacking but the video makes up for that. The trickiest part was making sure the locks match up. Of your luck won’t let you lock it with the key but locks from the outside your locks are not evenly matched up. Once we figured that out it was smooth sailing from there. I have not set up the keyless entry part yet but if it’s difficult I will give an update with any tricks or tips for sure!

Installation was easy. There are written instructions as well as a couple of videos. However, the motor is damaged. I can use the turn nob and the key to lock and unlock, but the fingerprint and passcodes are not working. After about 2 hours of trouble shooting, I found that the cross section in picture was not moving. I will do another update after replacement has arrived.This was a really nice upgrade to what we had. I hate keys. They can be lost or stolen. And a touch pad alone the numbers tend to wear out from all the use. I like the finger print access. This should also make the life of the product last longer since buttons wont wear out. This door lock also has multiple back ups incase something wrong happens. You can use a key, there is a USB C option to power the door with your phone, and the key pad. The great thing about the Key pad is you can add it to your amazon account and the delivery driver can use your access code (1 time) and deliver your items inside your house instead of leaving it outside for weather damage or someone to steal.
